This private residence is a completely custom designed, two bedroom, two bath loft condominium located on the penthouse level of 2200 Arch Street. The space began as the vacant interior of a textile mill with 18 foot high ceilings and enormous, north facing windows that overlook Logan Square, the Schuylkill River and the Philadelphia Art Museum. The interior features two living levels and direct access to a private roof deck. All of the cabinetry, including the bathroom vanities and built-ins, kitchen cabinets, island, desk and bookcases, were custom designed and locally fabricated. All of the ornamental metal, including the staircase, balcony railing and library ladder, were custom designed and locally fabricated.
