This family-owned construction management and general contracting firm has served the Philadelphia region for over 60 years. They wanted a space that was open, spacious, conveniently located, and historic. They found all these aspects at 2200 Arch Street, a turn-of-the-century industrial building, prominently located in the Logan Square neighborhood in Philadelphia. After many years of neglect, the building was purchased, rehabilitated, and successfully converted into a mixed-use development with loft style condominiums. This 350,000 square foot building features 12 stories of high-end, loft style residential, commercial and retail condominiums.

The Erickson space features high ceilings with original concrete beams and columns, exposed duct work and electrical conduit, and large windows. Pops of bright color throughout the space contrast with the greys and browns.
