420 DELAWARE DRIVE
FORT WASHINGTON, PA
This building represents the second of three buildings designed by Wulff Architects for Liberty Property Trust. This 70,000 sf, class-A design was sustainably sited, landscaped with native vegetation, and incorporated user friendly, cost effective strategies in order to achieve LEED Silver Certification. The building was designed to save 15% more energy and 30% more water than conventional construction methods. Environmentally friendly and recycled materials were utilized and the MEP systems were designed to achieve a high level of indoor air quality. Largely due to its LEED certification and attractive architectural design, 420 Delaware Drive was pre-leased to a major pharmaceutical company prior to its completion.
